Web Conductors Home
Important

This notice is designed to address Mexican private-sector privacy requirements and communications practices. Because Web Conductors Inc. is established in Canada and serves Mexico, qualified counsel should review it before publication.

This notice explains how Web Conductors Inc. collects, uses, shares, protects, and responds to requests about personal information, including information used in customer relationship and telecommunications systems.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Web Conductors Inc. is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Address: 38 Allan St., Coniston, Ontario, P0M 1M0, Canada
Privacy and ARCO contact: info@webconductors.com

Web Conductors Inc. provides services in Mexico, including through Web Conductors Mexico. Because the responsible entity is located in Canada and some service providers operate in other countries, personal data may be processed outside Mexico as described below.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, location, preferred language, project details, messages, appointment information, service history, and communication preferences.

When you use this website, we may also collect device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, advertising identifiers, and information collected through cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.

3. Why we use your information

Primary purposes: responding to inquiries; scheduling and providing consultations; preparing proposals; delivering websites, advertising, and related services; managing accounts; customer support; billing; security; fraud prevention; and meeting legal obligations.

Secondary purposes: sending educational material, news, service updates, offers, advertising, and follow-up communications; measuring campaign and website performance; and improving our services.

You may object to secondary purposes at any time by emailing info@webconductors.com or using the opt-out method included in a message. Refusing marketing does not affect services you already requested.

4. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and telephone consent

When you provide contact information and affirmatively choose to receive communications, you authorize Web Conductors Inc. to contact you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and telephone for the purposes shown at the point of collection. Consent to promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing a service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Automated systems may help send or route messages, but consent is recorded for the specific channels you select.

  • SMS: reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for assistance.
  • WhatsApp: reply STOP, ask us not to contact you, or use the available opt-out control.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link or contact us.
  • Calls: ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.

We maintain suppression records so that an opt-out can be respected. We also take reasonable steps to comply with Mexico’s Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad (REPEP) before promotional calls or messages to Mexican consumers. You may register a Mexican number directly with REPEP .

5. Customer platform and service providers

We use HighLevel (also known as GoHighLevel or GHL) to manage inquiries, forms, appointments, customer records, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and calling workflows. We may also use Meta and WhatsApp services, telecommunications carriers, email delivery providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment providers, and professional advisers where needed to operate the business.

These providers may process information on our behalf and may operate in Canada, the United States, Mexico, or other countries. We require service providers to use personal information only for authorized services and to protect it under applicable contracts and law.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. It may be shared with providers that support message delivery, consent records, customer service, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared for unrelated marketing.

6. Transfers and disclosures

Personal data may be transferred internationally to the providers described above so they can perform contracted services. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, during a corporate transaction, or with your specific consent.

Where Mexican law requires consent for a transfer, we will request it. Where a legal exception applies—such as a necessary transfer to a processor acting under our instructions—we rely on that exception and require appropriate safeguards.

7. Your ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

Under Mexico’s privacy law, you may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (derechos ARCO). You may also withdraw consent or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your information.

Send a request to info@webconductors.com with your name, contact method, a clear description of your request, the information involved, and documentation reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority. Please do not email sensitive identification documents unless we ask for a secure method.

We will acknowledge and respond within the periods required by applicable law. Access is generally provided electronically unless another appropriate method is requested. Some information may be retained where required for legal, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

8. Cookies and advertising technologies

We may use essential cookies to operate the site and analytics or advertising technologies to understand visits, measure results, remember preferences, and improve campaigns. These technologies may collect device, browser, IP, referral, page-view, and advertising interaction information.

You can limit cookies in your browser settings and use the controls provided by relevant advertising platforms. Disabling some technologies may affect site functionality. Where required, we will present additional choices before non-essential technologies are used.

9. Retention, security, and incidents

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, an active business relationship, applicable limitation periods, and legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. We then delete, anonymize, or securely archive it as appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No system is completely secure. If a confirmed incident materially affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law and explain the nature of the incident and recommended protective steps.

10. Children

Our website and services are not directed to people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a minor provided information may contact us to request its removal.

11. Changes and questions

We may update this notice to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel.

Questions, complaints, ARCO requests, and consent withdrawals may be sent to info@webconductors.com.
